概要:歯 周疾患 の蔓延は齲蝕 とともに著 しい 高率を示 してい る、この疾患の原 因は 複雑であるが, 日常の習慣でこれを予防す る場合,重 要 視 しなければな らないのは,歯 ブラシと歯磨 を用い て歯口清 掃 を適正に行 うことである.こ こにおいて,歯 牙付着物除去 と歯肉疾患 の予防や治療 に効果あ ると思 われ る3薬 剤 を歯磨 中に添加 して,そ の薬剤 の効果について比較検討 した。研究対象 および研究方法 と しては,健 康 な る成 人女子 を選び,そ の中の21名 にアラ ン トイ ンを,24名 にイプシ ロンを,ま た25 名 にジ ヒトロコレステ リンをそれ ぞれ添加 した歯磨 を28日 間連続使用せ しめた。そ して,使 用直前 と 使用後7日 間お きに5回,歯 周組織 の健康診断 を行 い,自 ・他覚的症状 を観察 した。その結果,歯 牙 付着物...
